Wheatridge Manor Care Center is a Medicare and Medicaid Certified nursing care facility. Wheatridge Manor Care Center is a locally owned nursing home since 1973. 

The “Inside Guide to America’s Nursing Homes” has ranked Wheatridge Manor among the top four Care Centers in the State based on quality of care.  We are very proud of this honor. Our Skilled Rehabilitation Unit consists of newly remodeled rooms, private and semi-private rooms and a new bathing/spa center to provide additional comfort during your stay.  Our Unit is designed to provide care and rehabilitation to patients following a hospital stay for illness, injury or elective surgery.  Our team of Therapists, Nursing staff and Physicians work closely together to help patients achieve their goals of reaching their highest optimal level, getting better and getting home. 

The licensed, professional staff maintains a high standard of care for our patients and residents.  Background checks are performed on all employees.  Staff supervise the overall quality of care for residents through an Interdisciplinary Team approach.  This includes care conferences, Quality Assurance meetings, daily morning meetings, and constant interaction with families and attending physicians.  Our “Angel Advocate” program provides patients and residents with a “concierge” who will assist in ensuring all their needs are met.
